first once is mentioned that all speedometer from approx, offered by us, 1mm strong, until approx 80°C heat-firm through-colored all plastic exist, which by its thorough coloration and spezial material the characteristic prossesses, to relatively evenly distribute the light breaking in the material which does not know a blue foil for example.
These are lasers or engraved by us on Hightech machines either. With us nothing is simply only printed on!!
We do not sell foils , one above the other to stuck together foils, laminated one on the other, which offer some competitors glatly as “multi-layer speedometer”, and also no expressions, or simply printed out and badly cut “paper speedometer”. With us the final product is offered fixed and finished for the final customer. Including all recesses and drillings, evenly.
Over “foil speedometer”, which offer some competitors, we by the way accomplished two tests for it. Here are directly to 2 test. Here are to our 1 test.
To the thing:
we made it for us the task to improve speedometer. We manufacture therefore in principle for nearly each vehicle dials on (passenger car, sports car, boats, airplaines, and so on.).
Before now 8 years we startrd that it happenes aroundthe marked of the speedometer very uniformly.
Often read also the quality of the offered products to wish remaining, since mostly only spedometer foil were to be gotten. Unfortunately dessolve many after speedometer foil one or two are called proverbial summers, since they throw blisters and it self forgiveb. Or the colors fade , since they are not professionally printed on.
That has following reasons:
The speedometer is usually somewahat rough in the original and the sticker (speedometer foil) neeps already times not correct, since the cotact area is not smoozh (with all paaenger cars with analyzing speedometer the old persons are exchanged against new! There nothing more only one sticks!!!).
The moreover a thin (0,07mm) foil stretches with temperatur rose or lowering together extremely out and/or pulls.Who glued its speedometer foil on thus in the winter in on thinkering hour in the garage, only much joy in it will quite not have.
All this belongs our speedometer to the past:
These consist at 0,8mm strong all-plastic, which is absolutely not flexible to approx 80°C. This criterion must fullfill the plastic therefore, since the aluminum foil (with aluminum-brushed sureface) with approx 90°C under high pressure is applied. At short notice thus also with stands this high temperature.
The morover this speedometer has directly blue, white or red transillumination (for passenger car with transmitted light technology).
Over for hours one thinkers more thought making with LEDS thus also not absolutely needs.
The sales figures and our export portion of approx 15% speak for itself. Meanwhile we supply world-wide equally final customers as considerable tuning-companies as for example let us Lenk, Dubmeisetr UK and many different.
We cannot unfortunately be due to the reatively high material and production costs “CHEAP”, but our quality speaks for itself.
